Microsoft’s Integrated Consumer Marketing team wanted to shift perceptions of Surface and Windows through human-centered storytelling. The platform launched globally in June 2026, with results forthcoming.
We partnered with Microsoft’s central brand team to bring its mission to life through stories revealing the human truth behind the technology. People like Easton and Momo showed what is possible when technology, ingenuity, and human need come together. Shared through video, blogs, digital, print, out-of-home, and in-store experiences, the campaign gave audiences something meaningful to connect with and drove unprecedented traffic, outperforming previous Microsoft campaigns. Microsoft Azure’s open-source capabilities weren’t well known among sellers and customers. We built an integrated marketing and sales program around a simple truth: Open source brings diverse people together to build something better. Campaign assets, video, training, sales tools, and incentives gave Microsoft sellers what they needed to champion the story. The program resonated and helped the team exceed sales goals by $200 million.
