Promptly had built something exceptional behind the scenes: a best-in-class product, standout customer service, and deep care for the specialty clinics they serve. Their all-in-one patient experience suite automates repetitive tasks—like scheduling, reminders, and payments—so healthcare teams can focus on what matters most: connecting with patients. But the way they showed up in the marketplace didn’t reflect that quality. It was time to bring their internal excellence into alignment with their external presence—and invest in the brand with the same thoughtfulness they had poured into the product.​

Belief Session

We started with a Belief Session to uncover Promptly’s core conviction: automation should humanize healthcare. In an industry where automation is often seen as cold and impersonal, Promptly offered a different take—one that centers connection. Automate the repetitive stuff, so care teams can focus on people. That belief became the foundation for everything that followed.

Marketing Playbook

From there, we built a full marketing playbook to guide the brand forward. We helped the team align around what they believe, who they serve, and how they show up—with messaging that clearly articulates their differentiators, value props, and voice.

Brand Anthem Film

We concepted and produced a brand film that tells the Promptly story with heart and a little humor. It brings warmth and personality to the platform—and helps reintroduce the brand in a way that’s memorable, human, and clear.

Rebrand

One of the key recommendations that came out of the playbook was a visual rebrand. Promptly needed a system that matched the quality of their product and conveyed trust, warmth, and professionalism. The result was a modern, elevated identity built to scale.

Website

We designed and wrote a new website to serve as Promptly’s digital front door. The experience is clean and inviting, the message is focused, and the belief is baked into every page.

Sales & Marketing Collateral

We extended the brand across key touchpoints—from trade show booths to one-pagers—so the team could show up with consistency and confidence across every channel.

Digital Campaign

To launch the refreshed brand, we created an evergreen awareness campaign that reintroduced Promptly to the market. Creative and messaging were tailored to connect the dots between their belief, their offering, and their newly defined voice. The campaign supports the website relaunch and sets the stage for a year of increasingly targeted marketing to follow.
