We’re hiring a Sales Executive

We’re looking to add a Seattle-based or remote sales executive to our team! We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial drive who is a strong communicator, interested in helping develop our sales process, and wants to see great clients achieve their goals. The sales executive’s job will be to develop relationships with our ideal clients, including:

  • Marketing leaders, communications leaders, HR leaders, and executives
  • Healthcare and technology companies, family-owned businesses, and startups


The ideal candidate will have experience selling creative, consulting, or marketing services to healthcare organizations or large technology companies.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a plan to meet sales goals
  • Work with leadership team to develop a target account list
  • Work with sales development representative to build a lead generation pipeline and set up initial meetings with leads
  • Identify new leads’ goals and obstacles and work with Belief strategists to identify services to pitch to clients
  • Work with creative directors to pitch our services
  • Create measurable goals for filling our pipeline and advise on key projects to improve the efficiency of our marketing and sales efforts


Qualifications:

  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and inclusive manner
  • Three to 10 years of experience selling professional services to our ideal client types—bonus if you have experience with customers across Amazon, Microsoft, Netflix, and United Healthcare
  • Strong and personally compelling communication skills—conversational, written, verbal, presentation
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Proactive and able to make good decisions in ambiguous situations


Pay:
Competitive base pay and benefits, commission, and commission acceleration
